I find it funny to use textiles with a pattern reminiscent of computer games: Sims, or Minecraft. Unrealistic, bluntly applied, it touches something in my soul. Creating a fake wall in reality and superimposing a bad texture on it is like a joke. A joke on this constant attempt to simulate reality with polished renderings of architectural projects. Or, a joke on more recent painfully alienating reality of images created by artificial intelligence.
