Two young architects, Lily Ganotaki and Jessica Wang invited curetain to create a custom textile for the office of Studio 11:40, " a female-driven production house".
The curtain is meant to separate a meeting room from the rest of the office with a circular movement. Traditional Korean technique of producing patchwork - pojagi, was used in creating vibrant, harmonized surface. This technique allows to avoid having the back side of the regular patchwork. Silk, linen, cotton canvas, and moiré are ingredients of this creation.
