This work provides a detailed look at the construction of a curtain. As in architectural order, there is a sequence of functionally necessary elements, proportions, and composition, and a balance between ornamentation and logic.
The load-bearing element may be a straight pillar, or it may be a column in a Composite order. The division element may be a rectangular piece of fabric, or it may be a curtain in a New Order.
The comfort of the modern paradigm lies in the freedom of choice across the entire spectrum and in the ability to move from one extreme to the other.
