cure.tain collaborated with the "Forma" gallery in creating a scenography of an exhibition of collectible objects. In the exhibition, the sense of yet nonexistent spaces where objects might find themselves is transferred through the use of uncommon materials as a backdrop.
This backdrop corresponds to the group of objects with its materiality. White latex, for example, accompanies the white objects.
Curtains also invite a dialogue: through the memories or sensations awakened in the visitor.
Latex might have a personal association. For me its smell, texture, and thickness remind me of balloons blown for my birthdays in childhood.
